DIGITAL PLANNING & GUIDED IMPLANT SURGERY WITH REX

3D DiagnostiX in-house dentists validate all treatment plans to ensure accurate implant depth and angulation, prosthetically driven positioning, anatomical safety, and controlled surgical access.

SURGICAL GUIDE DESIGN

3D DiagnostiX leverage their experience with surgical guides to support Piezosurgery®-assisted implant site preparation, based on approved digital treatment plans. Guide design incorporates controlled implant trajectory and depth, stable support and fixation, precise sleeve positioning, and appropriate access for irrigation and visualization, with compatibility for advanced osteotomy and bone-access techniques when clinically indicated.

SURGICAL GUIDE PRODUCTION

Surgical guides are manufactured using biocompatible materials through in-house 3D printing technology and undergo quality control verification prior to delivery. The production process focuses on dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, proper seating, and stabilization to support reliable guided execution and consistent performance across Rex implant workflows.

CLINICAL APPLICATIONS OF GUIDED IMPLANT SURGERY

The Rex × 3D DiagnostiX guided workflow is applicable across a wide range of implant indications, including:

  • Single-unit and multi-unit implant placement
  • Narrow ridges and limited bone volumes
  • Posterior mandible near the inferior alveolar nerve
  • Posterior maxilla in sinus-adjacent regions
  • Full-arch implant rehabilitation with bone reduction and staged surgical workflows
